Yoga Mudra Meditation is a 90-minute class to get you moving, balance your energy, and ground you for the coming week. Whether you need some chill or a lil energy kicker you will leave class feeling realigned and refreshed!
Each class begins with gentle yoga and breathwork to connect with and ground your body in preparation for spiritual work. The mudras act with the chakra system to rewire our mind-body connection. We close class with a 15-minute restful guided meditation for your body to integrate the practice and a short period of journaling.
