Unfurl From Your Chair

Even a few minutes of movement can help our bodies realign out of stagnation and recover from shrimping (what I like to call the posture we tend to end up in after hours at the computer).

This is a mostly seated practice, you may choose a hardback chair (I prefer no arms) or any kind of seat (couch, block on the floor, etc).

You might want a bit of room around the chair for a brief standing portion.
